FAQs

How long will my poster take to arrive?

Typically, production will be completed within a week, with delivery time being dependant on your location. For the UK, this will be within a week.

COVID-19 Notice:

UK delivery has returned to normal timescales, however delivery to elsewhere in the world may take substantially longer due to delays caused by the coronavirus pandemic

How is my poster packaged?

We're proud to say our packaging is plastic free! Your poster will be shipped in a strong cardboard prism, like a giant version of that popular chocolate bar! Inside the poster is wrapped in tissue paper to protect it.

My poster has a crease in it

Occasionally, squeezing the poster into its tube can cause very minor creasing on the inner side - these can usually be flattened to an unnoticeable level by rolling out the poster and putting a heavy book over the crease overnight prior to hanging. If being framed the poster will flatten naturally.

Please take the above steps before contacting us for a replacement or refund via our returns page.

My poster won't uncurl

Due to the use of thicker, high quality paper, new posters will stay curled up after opening. Simply lay the poster flat on a clean, level surface and place some heavy books or another flat heavy object on the edges and corners (as in the image below), and leave overnight. If being framed the poster will flatten naturally.

My poster has marks on it

Sometimes bits of dust or residue from the print factory can get caught up in the poster when it is rolled up, these should brush away with a clean dry cloth.
